Battlefield 2 ($20)
Prey ($20)
Rise of Legends ($27)
Star Wars: Battlefront 2 ($20)
Warhammer 40K:Dawn of War w/ expansions ($28)

C&C 3: Tiberium Wars ($50)
Rainbow Six Vegas ($50)
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl ($50)

I must say that I really like playing Battlefield 2142 and I think everyone needs a copy before the LAN! I picked it up for giggles when I got my copy of Supreme Commander and I'm glad I did.  It feels like a more complex and team-oriented Counter-Strike.  Plus, I think it was a very good idea the way they made it.  In order to upgrade your soldier with new unlocked weapons, devices and/or abilities you HAVE to play online.  But, there's no extra cost!  It's just like playing CS online on gamespy or whatever.  You don't even need extra software.  Now, if you don't want to play online, you can play against bots on your machine or play on a LAN and still use your previously unlocked items (but can't get more without online play).  It was a great idea to get the online players and offline players enjoying the same game.  I've played 3 times online now and, of course, I suck, but it's still fun.  I actually got a bronze star (3rd highest kills) during one of the Titan maps.  What is Titan?  A cool revamped game up on it yourself you lazy bitches!

Call of Duty 2

I guess I'll have to get BF2142 now... Thanks alot Jerk Brandon for making me spend my hard earned money. Any of you slackers know if Call of Duty 2 is any good? If it's like Counterstrike and BF2142 I might just forget Call of Duty 2.

Not sure

Hey Gordo, I think COD2 is pretty similar to the Battlefield franchise.  I've never played it, but I've seen trailers and read up on it.  It doesn't really interest me personally.  I'm sure you'll get your fix with both CS:S and BF2142.

Do da poor wittle Fatty-Watty have sand in his pussy?

Not a bad list Tubby...

This is a pretty good compiled list of games that we might play, but with only the weekend to game, I know we won't get to most of them.  I definately think Prey and Warhammer need to be on the "MANDATORY" list, since we found out just how much fun they were during the last LAN at my place.  I agree with most of the others, except some of the ones you listed in the New Games section aren't out yet, Gordo.  Other than that, the only thing I think people need to understand is that it's much better if you find your own copies of these games (even if Gordy listed a bunch in the "available at the LAN" section).  We've wasted hours of possible gaming time at many a LAN burning, hacking, cracking, sharing, etc.  Especially with more recent games, it's getting way too hard to find cracked copies anymore.  Go buy the actual game new, used, whatever.  Support the companies so they can make better games in the future!  Gordy, I'd make a list of games that we will DEFINATELY PLAY at the LAN.  As much as I'd like to play all the ones on your list, it's just not feasible over a single weekend.  Maybe at my 5-day Brandon LAN a while back, but not this one.  IMHO anyways...

Tony doesn't even post on his own site anymore.  He probably won't even show up to the LAN party.  Oh... I made plans to go to a NIN concert by mistake.. my bad.

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  I don't care who you are...that's funny.

What do you guys think of Shadowrun?

I just got into the beta for the Xbox 360 version and it looks like it is going to be a blast. The only problem is the PC version is gonna be vista only :( Anyway it comes out this summer.
